
for me 8-10 hrs a night (no more or else it’s a bad sign for me and never less) and bed time is 9 pm ideally. At least wind down time. If it’s a social night then i have to push to 11 i will but i hope not.
Sleeping is so good and so important . all of bed time -the not asleep part- but the cozy routine wind down cozy comfy of it all before bed. The cherry on top.
